Yukon Solitaire is a challenging solitaire variant similar to Klondike but with a key difference: there is no stock pile, and you can move groups of cards between tableau columns.
Seven tableau columns are laid out with face-down cards on top and face-up cards below. The goal is to build four foundation piles from Ace to King. You can move any face-up card along with all cards below it to another tableau column, as long as the move follows descending order and alternating colors.
The strategy is about revealing face-down cards as quickly as possible. Since there's no stock pile, every card is on the tableau, and the game is won or lost based on the initial deal. Planning ahead is essential.
Our RetroPlayNow version features a full 52-card deck and a scoring system that rewards efficient play. Every card placed on a foundation earns Retro Coins.
How to play Yukon Solitaire
- Build foundations. Build four foundation piles from Ace to King, one for each suit.
- Move card groups. Move any face-up card along with all cards below it to another tableau column.
- Follow color rules. Tableau moves must follow descending order and alternating colors.
- Reveal face-down cards. Moving cards reveals the face-down cards below them. Prioritize revealing these.
- Earn Retro Coins. Score points by placing cards on foundations. More points mean more Retro Coins.
