Spider Solitaire — the most addictive solitaire variant — comes to RetroPlayNow in a clean 1-suit edition perfect for learning and for chasing perfect clears. Ten tableau piles are dealt with 54 cards, the stock holds five deals of ten, and your goal is to build eight complete sequences from King down to Ace, all in the same suit, to clear the board.
Any card can be placed on a card one rank higher, regardless of suit in this 1-suit mode, so you can always build. Complete a full K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-A sequence and it flies off to the foundation. Empty piles accept any card or sequence — use them to reorganize. When you run out of moves, deal ten new cards, one to each pile, and keep building.
No second suit confusion, no impossible deals — just pure sequencing and planning. Finish faster with fewer deals and undos for a higher score and more Retro Coins. Your best is saved on this device. How to play Spider Solitaire
- Build down by rank. In 1-suit mode any card can go on the next higher rank (e.g., 9 on 10, Q on K). Build descending sequences.
- Complete K-to-A sequences. A full King to Ace descending sequence of 13 cards is automatically removed to the foundation.
- Use empty piles. Empty tableau piles accept any card or sequence. Use them to free blocked cards.
- Deal from stock. When stuck, tap Stock to deal 10 new cards, one per pile. You get 5 deals per game.
- Win clean for more points. Clear all 8 sequences. Fewer deals and undos mean a higher score and more Retro Coins.

Tap Stock to deal 10 cards, one to each pile. You have 5 deals. You can deal even with empty piles, but use them wisely.
How is the score calculated?
Base 8,000 minus moves×5 and deals×50, plus 500 clean bonus if you finish without undo. Best is saved.
