Nurimaze is a puzzle that combines the spatial reasoning of mazes with the clean logic of grid puzzles. A grid contains colored islands (circles of color) and white cells. Your task is to draw a single looping path through the grid following specific rules.
The path must pass through every white cell exactly once and form a single loop. It cannot pass through colored islands. Each colored island must be positioned on the path such that the path enters and exits the island from opposite directions (straight through) or turns at the island (but not both).
The puzzle requires you to think globally. Every white cell must be covered by the path, which means the path cannot isolate any white cell. The colored islands act as constraints that force the path to make specific turns or go straight.

How to play Nurimaze
- Draw a single loop. Draw a continuous path that forms a single closed loop through the grid.
- Cover all white cells. Every white cell must be part of the path. No white cell can be left isolated.
- Pass through colored islands. The path must go around colored islands. Each island constrains how the path bends nearby.
- Avoid isolating cells. If drawing a segment would isolate a white cell from the rest of the path, that move is invalid.
- Earn Retro Coins. Complete puzzles to score points based on size and solving time. Faster solutions earn more Retro Coins.
